CoreStaff is recruiting Trainee Haul Truck Operators for an open-cut coal mine near Singleton in the Hunter Valley — a paid 24-month traineeship leading to a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations, with the chance of ongoing work after completion.

You'll learn to operate rear-dump haul trucks on a rotating roster of 12.5-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends, with regular overtime on offer. This is a residential role: you must live within an hour of site — no FIFO or camp.

What you'll need

• Full unrestricted manual C-class licence (no P-plates)
• Living within 1 hour of Singleton
• Recent RMS driving history (under 2 weeks old)
• Two supervisor references and a police check
• Pass an Order 45 coal medical incl. drug & alcohol testing
