MACA's drill & blast crews are growing across WA and there's a $2,500 sign-on bonus for experienced Blast Hole Drillers, on a 2:1 roster with super paid on every hour worked. Casual rates are also available.
You'll drill blast holes to plan — right depth, right angle — adapting technique as ground conditions change, running daily pre-starts, and coordinating with shotfirers and supervisors to keep patterns accurate and production on target.
What you'll need
- Open-pit production drilling experience
- Rig time on Epiroc T45/D65, Sandvik D1650i/DP1500i/DR410i or CAT MD6250/5150 preferred
- Current manual WA driver's licence (HR licence a plus)
- Strong communication on a busy bench
