Tekk Group is building its FIFO boilermaker and welder pool for shutdowns, maintenance campaigns and ongoing project work on mine sites throughout WA, flying ex Perth. Rates run $65/hr on days and up to $74/hr on nights, on 12-hour shifts.

The work covers structural steel repair, fabrication and general boilermaking as part of labour-hire crews embedded with client site teams. Regular shutdown callouts mean consistent hours for tradespeople who can mobilise at short notice.

What you'll need

• Trade-qualified boilermaker/welder
• Mining or shutdown experience preferred
• Current White Card plus relevant welding and site tickets
• Ability to pass a site medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Perth-based and ready to fly at short notice
